Responsibilities
Map client operations, workflows, and bottlenecks to find the highest-value AI opportunities.
Translate operational reality into requirements the build team can act on.
Define the KPIs and ROI that each engagement will move.
Support adoption so new systems actually change how teams work.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years in operations, operational consulting, or process improvement.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
Ability to communicate clearly with both executives and operators.
Experience mapping and redesigning workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI or automation projects.
Experience in operationally intensive industries (pharma, logistics, financial services, and similar).
Change-management experience.
