Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows that run in real operations.
Integrate LLMs, tools, and retrieval into reliable systems with clear guardrails.
Own features end to end, from prototype to monitored production deployment.
Work directly with client workflows, data, and systems to deliver measurable operational impact.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years building production software, hands-on with Python.
Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain / LangGraph) or similar.
Comfortable integrating APIs, queues, and data stores into real systems.
Strong ownership and a bias toward shipping.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience taking AI from pilot to production.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Background in operationally intensive domains.
